Credits
Dictaura is built on the fastText word vectors published by Facebook AI Research, distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 licence. The French (cc.fr.300) and English (cc.en.300) vectors are used to compute semantic proximity between words. No vector is ever redistributed: the game only sends similarity scores.

Inspirations
Dictaura belongs to the genre of the daily semantic guessing game, popularised by Semantle (David Turner, 2022) and its French adaptation Cemantix. Dictaura is an independent project, developed autonomously, with its own corpus, its own dictionary and its own word of the day. It has no affiliation, no partnership and no connection with those games.

The Dictaura name, its visual identity, its texts and its source code are the property of MKVD STUDIO. Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without written permission.
Account and progress data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Any request for access, rectification or deletion can be sent to mkvd.studio@gmail.com.
